It's quite a process. In broad strokes...


- Lots of Research, and a lot of Questions being asked


- Defining the purpose(s) and goal(s), and outlining the best way(s) to achieve them

 

- Understanding the Market/Audience


- Addressing Logistics and Budgeting


- Development of the Creative Content and Elements


- Proper Time Management and Production Schedule

 

- Casting & Rehearsal

 

- Staging and Technical Adjustments 


- Fulfillment    

 

 

For the most part, a lot of this is done in tandem. My take is that there is no real "specific" format, but the elements are all the same. There has to be some room for things to come together organically, as much as there needs to be structure.

 

A Team may have a leader, but as any good team leader would know...it is the players and thier contribution(s) that make it all happen. Many successes must be achieved before reaching any final goal, and the credit belongs to everyone.
